About Us

We have always loved a vibrant home filled with all things green. The challenge is bringing plants to our patio and indoors without taking up the already limited space we have. After searching unsuccessfully for locally produced items that are smartly designed to take up as little floor space as possible, we decided to start making our own. 

Using solid African woods and fashionable Birch Plywood, we were asked by friends and family to make some of our funky and trendy designs. With increased interest from our local community, we realised there was an opportunity to share our ideas with the rest of South Africa. Finally we took the leap and Kikker was born. With Deon’s passion for woodworking and Salli an experienced designer and amateur herb grower, we combined our strengths. Our workspace is now also our happy place. 

Our products are all hand-made to order and produced with quality and durability in mind. With today’s work from home trend it has become essential that your environment enables a work life balance that boosts your mood and mental wellbeing.
